New Parents
You will have many questions when you first bring your baby home from hospital, and whilst the Louenna app aims to answer them all, we understand it can be beneficial to have direct contact with an expert.

The Welcome Home Package was designed to offer reassurance to new parents in their first four weeks after birth and consists of a weekly check-in via telephone, email or whatsapp.

Your consultant will answer any questions you have, putting your mind at ease.
​
We now also offer a service where we come into your home for 48 hours and teach you how to care for your newborn. You might be apprehensive about the arrival of your new baby, or you might have just had a baby and would love a crash course on how to feed, wind, bathe and generally take care of your little one.
We can give you the confidence to enjoy the newborn stage by passing on all our little tricks to help keep your little one happy and settled. You can ask us all your questions and catch up on some much needed sleep.
