Louenna personally interviews all candidates who wish to register with our agency, with currently only 5% of applicants being successful.

We ensure nannies are DBS checked, First Aid Trained and have excellent references from previous childcare placements. Our nannies have the unique privilege of having Louenna as their mentor - who is always available for support and guidance during their placements. 

 

We have extremely high standards and ask every nanny to complete our online training course ‘How to be the Best Nanny.’
